Gift cards are both able to be redeemed in the venue or online via our website. If you would like to reserve your activities, please book online or contact us directly on 1300 814 214 and use your gift card as your payment method when in the venue.
Kingpin ofer both e-gift cards/digital gift cards as well as physical gift cards.
Avoid any postage and delivery times by going digital. E-gift cards are received via your chosen email address and activated within 24 hours after purchase, perfect as a last minute gift! Head over to giftcards.kingpinplay.com, select a design and load amount, enter your contact details, complete payment and your e-gift card will be delivered to your nominated recipient.
Pick up a physical gift card in one of our venues and load up the gift card yourself online by going to giftcards.kingpinplay.com and entering your contact details, the card number and load amount.

All gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of activation. You can check your balance and gift card expiry by going to giftcards.kingpinplay.com and entering your gift card number and PIN.
Kingpin gift cards should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Gift cards can be used an indefinite number of times. It's based upon the value and expiration of the card so as long as there's value on the card, it can still be used.
A minimum of $20 and a maximum of $500 can be loaded onto each gift card to a maximum order value of $2,500.
Kingpin gift cards can be used to pay for online social bookings. Birthday Party deposits cannot be transacted with Gift Cards but can certainly be used to pay the final balance in-venue.
